Omer City Hall (201 E. Center St.) is located just off of US-23 (E. Center St.). Turn onto N. George St. and enter the building at the west entrance, the north-side of the entrance is the city hall, the south-side is the Omer Little Eagles Nest Library (205 E. Center St.).
